RED does not represent equity, ownership, income, dividends, or guaranteed investment returns. Deal tokens are separate and may only be issued through approved legal offering documents and investor verification.
What RED Is

What RED Is NOT
- • RED does not represent equity or ownership in any entity
- • RED does not entitle holders to dividends or profit sharing
- • RED does not guarantee any investment returns
- • RED is not a security and is not registered as such
- • RED cannot be automatically swapped token-for-token into any deal token
Exchange Rule — The Main Rule
RED can never automatically swap token-for-token into a deal token. RED may only be redeemed for access credits, vouchers, discounts, or allocation priority — then the full deal token issuance flow runs separately.
