If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All content, courses, materials, coaching, deal analysis tools, community discussions, and communications provided by Real Estate Diamonds are for EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. We are educators, not licensed financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, or real estate brokers.

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, or real estate advice. You should consult with qualified, licensed professionals before making any financial, legal, or real estate decisions.

To access certain Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Trial periods, if offered, are subject to the trial terms displayed at the time of enrollment. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial end date.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Promo codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or revoked at any time.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased and is outlined at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments are non-refundable.

If a refund is applicable and approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information; harassment, bullying, or hate speech; soliciting funds or investments from other members without authorization; sharing account credentials; spamming; posting malicious links; and violating any applicable law.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent bans.

Deal submissions, posts, and community content may be subject to AI-assisted and admin review for accuracy and compliance. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted deals or claims.

All course content, videos, documents, templates, tools, branding, graphics, text, and software provided through the Services are the intellectual property of Real Estate Diamonds and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission. Content is licensed for your personal, individual use only.

User-submitted content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Services.

Deal analysis tools, exit strategy generators, and AI-powered features are provided for educational purposes. AI-generated analyses may contain errors or incomplete information. You must independently verify all deal data, property values, rents, and financial projections before making any investment decision.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You assume all risk associated with relying on such content.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, tools, and services (e.g., payment processors, video conferencing, external websites). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party. We encourage you to review their terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate Diamonds, its owners, employees, instructors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, investment losses, data loss, or business interruption. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Diamonds, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Georgia, or in the appropriate courts located there.
