How Real Estate Diamonds Protects Students
Our trust system verifies members, scores their contributions, and moderates content so you know who you're dealing with. Every member has a trust level, badges, and a verification status visible on their posts and profile.
Community Trust Rules
All members must accept our Community Trust Rules before posting. These prohibit income guarantees, funding guarantees, unauthorized money solicitation, fake deal wins, harassment, spam, login sharing, copying course materials, and unlicensed advice.
Verified Badges Explained
Badges show what a member has accomplished. Verified Student means email + payment + agreement. Course Graduate completed a course. Verified Deal Submitter provided sources. Elite and VIP are for paid and high-trust members. Coach/Advisor is admin-approved.
How Deal Verification Works
Deal posts require property address, strategy, price, ARV, rent estimate, comps, exit strategy, funding needed, source links, and documents. AI reviews for source confidence. Admins can verify sources or flag as high risk. Every deal shows its verification status.
How to Report a Concern
Every post, comment, message, and profile has a Report button. Choose a reason (scam, harassment, false claim, spam, account sharing, bad advice, private lender solicitation, etc.) and our moderation team reviews it in the Trust Review Queue.

No Guaranteed Income Policy
We strictly prohibit guaranteed income claims. Real estate investing carries risk. Any member posting guaranteed returns will have their content removed and may lose posting privileges.
No Guaranteed Funding Policy
No member may claim funding is guaranteed. All funding is subject to lender approval and due diligence. Private lender solicitation without admin approval is prohibited.
Privacy and Safety
Your trust score is private — only your trust level and badges are public. Identity documents are reviewed by admins only and never shared. You can block any user from messaging you.
