Student Enrollment Agreement
Governs your enrollment in the selected plan, including access to course materials, live coaching sessions, community features, and the duration of your membership. Your access continues for as long as your subscription remains active.
Terms of Use
Sets the rules for using the platform: your account is personal and non-transferable, you may not share login credentials, videos, or course materials, and all content is protected by intellectual property laws. You are solely responsible for verifying all deal information, and no guarantees of earnings or deal closure are made.
Privacy Policy
Explains how your personal information (name, email, payment details) is collected, used, and protected. We do not sell your data and only use it to deliver your membership, process payments, and provide support as described in the policy.
Recurring Payment Authorization
By signing, you authorize Real Estate Diamonds to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Trial periods, if any, convert to paid billing at the listed price after the trial ends.
